These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Jeff's Automotive Inc.'s ("we", "us", "our") online appointment scheduler, your participation in our text (SMS) messaging program, and, for employees, your use of our internal employee application ("the Employee App") and our browser extension ("the Extension"). By booking an appointment, opting in to text messages, or signing in to the Employee App or installing the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
Our online scheduler lets you request a service appointment at Jeff's Automotive. Appointment times shown are offered in good faith; we may need to contact you to adjust a time based on shop capacity, parts availability, or the nature of the work. Estimates or prices shown during booking are informational and not a final quote — final pricing is confirmed on your repair order.
With your consent — given by checking the consent box in our online scheduler or verbally when booking by phone — Jeff's Automotive sends transactional text messages:
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How we handle your phone number and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy — in short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Employee App and the Extension are internal tools provided to Jeff's Automotive employees for work purposes. Access requires a company Microsoft work account and ends when your employment or authorization ends. You agree to use them only for your work at Jeff's Automotive, to keep your sign-in credentials private, and not to share access with anyone else.
The Extension runs only on our shop-management system's website and shows on-screen guidance and, if enabled, team chat. It does not perform actions in that system on your behalf; you remain responsible for the entries you make there. Team chat is a business communication tool; messages may be reviewed by management for operational, security, or compliance reasons as permitted by law.
The Employee App, the Extension, and any data they display remain the property of Jeff's Automotive Inc. Use of them is also governed by our End User License Agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to book appointments only for genuine service needs, and not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the scheduler, messaging systems, the Employee App, or the Extension.
The scheduler, messaging program, Employee App, and Extension are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeff's Automotive Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of them, including missed or delayed messages or notifications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
