This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the software applications operated by Jeff's Automotive Inc. ("we", "us", "our"): the QuickBooks Online integration application ("the App"), the internal employee application ("the Employee App"), and the browser extension for employees ("the Extension") — together, "the Software". By installing, connecting, signing in to, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for Jeff's Automotive Inc.'s internal business operations — managing repair orders, customers, vehicles, scheduling, employee administration, training, internal communication, and the accounting records they generate. The Software is an internal operations tool and is not offered for resale or redistribution.
The App connects to QuickBooks Online ("QBO") through Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0, with your authorization, to read and write accounting data (for example customers, invoices, items, payments, and reports). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your QBO company data and for the QBO subscription itself. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the App is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Intuit.
The Extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store and runs only on our shop-management system's website (shop.tekmetric.com). It displays guidance and, if enabled, team chat in your browser. It does not read, copy, or transmit the information shown on that website, and it does not perform actions there on your behalf. "Tekmetric" is a trademark of its owner; the Extension is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Tekmetric, and your use of Tekmetric remains subject to Tekmetric's own terms. "Chrome" is a trademark of Google LLC.
You agree not to: (a) use the Software other than for the internal business purpose above; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Software; (c) use the Software to violate any law or any third-party terms applicable to the data the Software handles or to the websites it runs on; or (d) attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that guidance shown by the Extension is complete or current, or that accounting output is accurate or suitable for tax, legal, or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeff's Automotive Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Software.
You may stop using the App and disconnect it from QBO at any time via your Intuit account, and remove the Extension at any time from your browser. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or when your employment or authorization ends. On termination, the license ends and the Software stops accessing your data.
We may update this Agreement; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under it is subject to the courts located in Pennsylvania.
